Which should be the domain of the regulator.<br>
At least according to the authority of "Google" :-)<br>
Or has the domain changed?<br>
first guess <a href="http://ucc.go.ug" target="_blank">ucc.go.ug</a> also doesn't seem to work.<br>
Or is it just "expired" .... ?<br>
