already figured out that its a volunteer effort from Jari
Arkko (current Chair of the IETF) whose schedule i expect
can be quite tight.<br>

Maybe there is some further volunteering that can be done
to make it more the content up to date, anyone interested

There are sure people who have written rfc
before from Africa, but again they wrote
them in their area of interest and
