Dear all, for your information ..
There some misinformations about visa delivery for senegal on this website ...
Since 1st May 2015, the government has updated the process .. 
To facilitate the entry procedures at AIS'2018, the list of participants and their nationality must be communicated to the local organizing committee for communication to the border police.

ENTRY FORMALITIES
Since May 1, 2015, the entry visa on Senegalese territory has been removed.
All you need is a valid passport with a due date of more than three months.
Authorized stay for a maximum of 6 months. Beyond, apply to the foreign police to obtain a foreigner's card.
immunizations
The yellow fever vaccine is no longer required to enter Senegal, except for passengers from yellow fever endemic areas. Vaccines against yellow fever, hepatitis A and B, however, are recommended as well as anti-malarial treatment.
For animals, an anti-rabies vaccination certificate and a certificate of good health are required.
Invitation letter
An official letter of invitation may be requested which will only help delegates to obtain a visa.

FORMALITÉS D’ENTRÉE
Depuis le 1er mai 2015, le visa payant d’entrée sur le territoire sénégalais a été supprimé.
Il suffit d’un passeport en cours de validité avec date d’échéance de plus de trois mois.
Séjour autorisé pour une durée maximale de 6 mois. Au delà, s’adresser à la police des étrangers pour obtenir une carte d’étranger.
Vaccinations
Le vaccin contre la fièvre jaune n’est plus obligatoire pour entrer au Sénégal, sauf pour les passagers provenant de zones d’endémie amarile. Les vaccins contre la fièvre jaune, l’hépatite A et B, sont cependant conseillés ainsi qu’un traitement antipaludéen.
Pour les animaux, un certificat de vaccination antirabique et un certificat de bonne santé sont exigés.
Lettre d’invitation
Une lettre d’invitation officielle peut être sollicitée qui aura pour but d’aider uniquement les délégués à obtenir un visa.
