IXP Session at AfriNIC 7 - Durban

Greetings Guys.
In Malawi there is a flurry of people are off for further training - 
Anthony, Bruce and Isaac of our IXP team all off for MS or PhD,
Meantime Thoko Chikuse (thoko at jhu.medcol.mw) will be coordinating IXP .  Is 
there any chance Thoko could be funded for participation in the Durban 
training - we need not to lose momentum- I see IXPs coming up all over the 
continent and we want to keep pace
