Folks,

the slides of the different presentations will be available (I am
still getting some of them) at lacnic's webpage.

the most important issues discussed were:
	- Several IXPs showed their advance. The traffic is growing so
several are thinking about increasing their fabric.
	- Ecuador's IXP announced the hosting of a new copy of a root server.
	- We had a very interesting discussion about regional connectivity.
I believe it helped us all understand the issue and the different
actors that are involved.

regards,
roque
