I think this is a case where even though it makes great sense and  
should happen 'naturally', still advocacy, education, and even  
persuasion are required.   I.E., social engineering to help overcome  
inertia/mistakes/ignorance/laziness.

Keep it up; somebody needs to do it and you're great at it!
