Setting UP an IXP, the nicaraguan experience

Dear all,

I wanted to share with you this file from the setting up project of  
the Nicaraguan IXP. Eventhough the IXP has not been very successful,  
I believe the documents that you can find at this link can be helpful  
for who are thinking about setting up an IXP.

There is another aspect interesting about his IXP. As you can read at  
the documents the IXP  is host at an ISP. Actually, the IXP is  
container next to an ISP building that provides the AC Power and  
generators. As an independent building they can reach the wanted  
"neutrality", finding a workaround for the problem of not finding a  
suitable neutral DataCenter.
