Hello Wonder:
	It looks like the version of PHP you have installed may not 
have been compiled with MySQL support. Check out the MySQL 
pages for PHP here:

http://cl2.php.net/manual/en/ref.mysql.php

Read down the page a bit to the section titled, 
"Installation on Windows Systems" - It appears that MySQL 
support has been turned off by default under PHP version 5 
in Windows. The instructions make it look fairly easy to get 
working.
