Err, no. The boot floppy images are here:

ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/redhat-6.2/sparc/images/

which you transfer to floppy using "dd" on a Unix system, or rawrite.exe
under DOS:
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/redhat-6.2/sparc/dosutils/rawrite.exe
