Postfix+Courier-imap+Mysql: Login failed

Hi !
I want to create a mail server solution for multiple domain (virtual + local)
with non unix accounts.
These are packages I've installed on my redhat 7.2 server :
- postfix-1.1.10-1.mysql.rpm (build from source)
- mysql-3.23.41-1
- courier-imap-1.4.6-1.7.2.rpm with courier-imap-mysql-1.4.6-1.7.2.rpm
next step, I create a mail database in mysql and follow instructions from
this URL : http://kirb.insanegenius.net/postfix.html
I think all configs are clean and postfix deliver mail correctly. The bug is
when trying to check mail through imap or pop3 server. I create a user toto in 
users table in maildb_database and authmysqlrc is set for authenticate
This is the error message I've got:

telnet localhost 110
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.

+OK Hello there.
user toto
+OK Password required.
pass 123
-ERR Login failed.

Any ideas?? for more information, I can send my config's files.
