The question doesn't make sense at the moment. You say you *are* able to
mount any cdrom. But if you get that error, it means you are are *not* able
to mount one.

So I don't understand what your problem is:

1. You cannot mount any cdrom in your dvd/cdrom drive (i.e. you always get
   "can't read superblock" no matter what disc you put in)

2. You can mount some cdroms, but not others

3. You can mount cdroms, but not dvd-roms

4. Some other problem

Which is it?
