Most finds out when someone's answering their email saying that it spams.

Like in this case and one case earlier today.

And Yes when a web mail account is breched they seldom leaves any  traces on what has happened.

Hello vigo,

hw did you find out the exact content of the message sent out by spam. I
have been trying to do a documentation on spam mail and methods of avoiding
or reducing the attack. I discovered that for most of these mails, you cant
find them in your sent items folder. Is this correct?
