DNSSEC adds data integrity protection to DNS.  A DNSSEC-enabled web 
browser, for example, can verify that the information it receives 
through DNS is "correct" (better security).

The change does not affect the speed or cost of the Internet 
connection.  The tznic.or.tz domain can use DNSSEC for its security 
only if .tz and .or.tz support DNSSEC (officially signed).
