[afnog] Use of BitTorrents in Academic Environments

Hello Amon,

Could you let us know what equipment type you have running on your
network(the gateway device and authentication/proxy).
Then we can share with you some experience. However i personally do per
host bandwidth limiting(its the internet, sldn't people experience freedom
;).
