It is a link to a dodgy web page.  It causes the browser to reach out to
multiple ad sites, probably generating ad revenue for an online
criminal.  It pops up two or three images as well.  It works with
Safari, Mozilla, and Chrome, so your choice of browser won't necessarily
keep you safe.
