[afnog] Route object RIPE

Hi All,

I need help changing the route object in the RIPE database, the object was 
created a few years ago by our upstream provider at that time, Skyvision, I 
have tried to contact but without any luck. The details are as follows:

route:           196.3.96.0/21
descr:           Eduardo Mondlane University
origin:          AS25228
mnt-by:          SV-MNT
mnt-lower:       RIPE-NCC-RPSL-MNT
changed:         noc at sky-vision.net 20050330
source:          RIPE

The origin should be AS31960.

If anyone knows someone at RIPE, please forward them.
