The SAFNOG Management Committee are pleased to inform you that
travel and hotel booking information is now available on our

For participants arriving into Johannesburg from abroad or 
from within other parts of South Africa, we have successfully
negotiated a preferred hotel booking rate with the Hilton Sandton
hotel, which is also the meeting venue.

The preferred rate and details are as follows:

        o Rate per night = ZAR1,250 (around US$116 per night).
        o Breakfast included.
        o In-room Wi-Fi access included.

Also, if you prefer to book telephonically, the reserved
booking codes for the SAFNOG-1 meeting are also avaialble at
the URL above.

We encourage you to book your hotel rooms as quickly as
possible because:

        o You only have until 17th April to enjoy booking
          at the special rate.

        o There are a limited number of rooms that have
          been allocated at this special rate that would
          reduce as the event date draws closer.
