Hi all,

Lately there was a discussion on this list on IPv6 deployment at mobile
networks and to mobile devices.

For Android platforms - 464XLAT is the way to go (and NAT64/DNS64 is
essential part of it) and for Apple IOS devices that demands all
applications in their store to support IPv6 - NAT64/DNS64 is also main
mechanism how to access IPv4 parts of the Internet.

In 2013 we got a handful of NAT64/DNS64 implementations in Go6lab that
operators, users, application vendors/developers and everyone else on
the planet with working IPv6 connectivity can remotely test and decide
which one fits them best, set it up locally and start moving users to IPv6.

This summer few new NAT64 implementations were added to the testing pool
and you are all invited to remotely test how the whole thing works,
which applications break and maybe get inspired to follow for example
T-Mobile USA that has today 48 million mobile phones on IPv6-only
connectivity in their network, using 464XLAT and NAT64 to reach IPv4
content.

Comments, feedback, thoughts and functionality/breakage reports are
strongly welcomed and encouraged!

Cheers, Jan Zorz
