	Hmm, are you sure the volume was successfully rebuilt ? RAID6
	means there's n+2 in parity, so how many disks were there originally ?

	The above error could indicate missing data. Either way, I'd try
	booting from a rescue CDrom (CentOS/Ubuntu Live) and see if you
	can access the data that way, and if yes, try and rebuild/reinstall
	Grub.
