Well said guys!
@Ibtisam, these scaling figures can not be seen using any cli "show command". They are vendor quoted and tested values.
As Mark as alluded to, the M10i FIB is a function of the CFEB/CFEB-E. The JUNOS version you are running also play a part here at least for unicast v4, for instance for CFEB-E, if you are running pre JUNOS 9.6, the FIB scaling figure is 1million routes for unicast v4. If you are however running post JUNOS 9.6 the FIB scaling figures go up to between 1.6 - 1.8 million unicast v4 routes. v6 unicast routes scaling figure is 650K irrespective of the JUNOS version.
The RIB scaling figures are 6million for v4 and 3million for v6 for RE-850.
It is worth pointing out though that this are uni-directional scaling figures, expect lower figures when you are doing multi-dimensional testing. Many thanks.
Cheers,
Jide

Hi All ,
Please advice what is the RIB and FIB size for Juniper m10i Routing Engines ( RE-5.0 and RE-B-1800x1 ).
For the RIB, you're concerned about the RE. The M10i supports the RE-400 (old school), RE-850 (teetering) and the RE-1800 (current state-of-the-art). Numbers aren't clear, but I'd expect well over 5,000,000 routes supported in RIB.
For the FIB, the M10i supports the CFEB or CFEB-E. The CFEB is good for about 600,000 entries (can't quite remember if this is the case, been a while since I ran this platform). If memory serves, the CFEB-E just about doubles that.
Mark.
