Dear AfNOG mailing list member,

I am working on a socio-political study on the Internet in Eastern and
Southern Africa, having said that I am interested in the views of members
on the continent outside the Eastern and Southern African regions. I have
developed a survey from input received in initial set of interviews I
conducted with a set of technology leaders from across the East African
community over the last few months.

I would be most grateful if you could participate and complete the survey.
I would also appreciate if you could forward to any engineers would have an
interest in Internet development on the continent.

The survey should take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete.

regards and thanks,

Diarmuid
