[afnog] connectivity in Egypt

Hello,

I have business in Egypt.
I have servers hosted in Egypt to do business in this country (because of
the laws there)
However my main infrastructure is hosted on AWS (monitoring, etc)

I have trouble to establish connectivity between my Egyptian servers and my
AWS servers.
I cannot establish ipsec or openvpn because it is blocked like in China.
I don't know at which level (country wide ? carrier level ?)

How to establish private connectivity outside this country ?
How you do business there in respect of their laws ?
