[afnog] reverse dns not validating

Hi,

my validating DNS resolver logged a lot of "validation failure" for

41.in-addr.arpa.  (starting Nov 12 15:44 UTC)
102.in-addr.arpa. (starting Nov 12 14:45 UTC)

until Nov 13 07:50 (UTC)

this was including for our own IPs, for which reverse-DNS is not signed. 
So the issue should have been in parent zones, i believe.

does anyone know what happened?
