I removed the Chair of the ICANN Board from the 
Cc.  I also removed the members-discuss mailing list from the Cc.

I received an unsigned letter which was printed 
on the company's letterhead in 2024.  The 
company's seal was affixed on it.  I enquired 
about it given that usage of the company seal is 
specified in the Constitution of the company.

I had to go to attend to a police enquiry in 2024 
without having any legal representative to advise 
me.  I am worried about the "administrative 
nature" as I have been paying for expenses out of 
my own pocket for the past two years.

I read a report from the company which contained 
the following: "As at 31 December 2021, an 
additional amount of $2m was added and the 
Strategic Cash Reserve consisted of a total of 
USD 6,384,266 (2020: USD 4,338,805) ..."  Was 
that one of the incentives for the remue-ménage?
