Dear Noah,

I am copying this email to the Chair of the Election Committee.

I did a lookup of the records of AFRINIC (In Receivership) a few 
minutes ago.  I am listed in those records.  I looked up the company 
records at the Registrar of Companies (Mauritius) a few minutes 
ago.  I am also listed in the records under "Member".

There was an Election Committee in or around April 2025.  That 
Election Committee did not contact me.  There was an 
election.  Voting was suspended.  There was an announcement, three 
days later, stating that the elections were annulled.  A second 
Election Committee was set up.  The second Election Committee did not 
contact me.  It would be logical to conclude that the members of 
those two Election Committees are of the view that I have been 
removed as a "Member".  If that was the conclusion, it would be 
inconsistent with the records of AFRINIC (In Receivership) and the 
company records at the Registrar of Companies (Mauritius).
