I was not included in any discussion at that time 
(it has been a while) on relocating the company.

If I signed anything relating to company 
accounts, it would be minuted.  Isn't that how it 
works in other companies?  I read about 
community/ies efforts to help the staff of the 
RIR.  There were some funds (approximately 
$99,000).  The resource members were informed 
about that.  There were committees to see to 
audits, expenses, etc.  I would have to do a 
search to find out what they reported as it has been a while.

I don't know that company.  It's the first time I hear of that name.
