[afnog] Alan P Barrett has passed away

Indeed very very sad news. I remember Alan for his genuine interest in the
development of a strong Internet ecosystem in Africa and particular effort
to see active participation of technical women in AFRINIC working groups.

We thank him for his contribution to the ecosystem.
