i see big contradiction on CCK, ur using telkom kenya circuit's to
facilitate KIXP, so infact ur operating on the telkom kenya "national
backbone service", are they telling us that also traffic routing is their
'monopoly'?

i've had that before, seems to be a 'common answer from regulators' ( from
tanzania communication commission experience) when their back are against
the wall, unfortunately we're yet to find a way to make them
'to-keep-their-promises'
