IMHO it should not be a blaming galore, it should rather be a question of
the team asking; "is this the time to do this/should we do this?" if yes
then the "yes" should be collective and we all put our energy to it and not
let it fail because though it says southern africa, its something that will
affect us all in one way or the other. Those who are raising
concerns(including myself) are not being negative, i think they are talking
realistically from their various point of view.
