Re: Mail System Error - Returned Mail (was: hardware problem)

[my real message follows this rant about DSBL]

I can't post to this list from my ISP (bell sympatico), I'm on 10
different mailing lists and this is the only one I have trouble with.
I'm sympathetic to the problem of spam chewing up international
bandwidth but frankly this is really irritating.

I just tested that server using
    pxytest -t 5 -M sandbox.worldfactors.com 209.226.175.73 full

and found no proxies. So I'm not sure why they are listed. Of 30 spam
lists, they are on 10, and not on 20:

[/end rant]

From your description it sounds like bad hardware. It could be RAM, or
it could be overheating. Does the incidence of failure increase after
it's been on for a while? Try swapping the RAM you odn't need much
(really) to run FreeBSD. Try swapping other parts until you find what's
busted.
